Since our inception in 1978, Looney Tunes Records has held a commitment to the acquisition and selling of records that parallels our passion for music. We are the largest independent record store in the Boston area catering to all styles of music for both the hardcore collector and the casual browser.
Our vast and varied stock of hundreds of thousands of records along with thousands of CD's and DVD's is ever changing as a result of the steady stream of items being bought, traded and sold.

Acquiring Collections of Any Size
If you are interested in selling, trading or buying records, CD's or DVD's, we always offer competitive prices. We are always looking for jazz, classical and rock titles as well as a host of other genres. We buy private collections, estate collections, reviewer/radio station surplus, and private individual collections. Collections of any size are welcome. No collection is too large or too small. ________A Note on Packaging________
Attention to Detail
We are quite over cautious about packing records for mailing. We specifically purchase hard corrugated cardboard record mailers along with hard corrugated cardboard filler pads to ensure the safest possible package. After extracting the record from the cover (in order to prevent seam splits during shipment), the record and cover are carefully slipped into a plastic record dust cover sleeve, then surrounded by filler pads. The hard corrugated filler pads seams are cross loaded against the outer hard corrugated record mailer box seams for additional security. Boxes are then taped as tightly as possible to avoid any unnecessary movement within the package during shipment.
